All products are hand made by our team in Louisiana.

Due to the nature of children's toys and custom made products we cannot offer a warranty on our items. However we build all of our products with the highest quality materials possible. If you should need replacement puzzle letters, please contact us at hello@chezmilly.us.

We offer 14-day exchanges or refunds, on all in stock items that are not customized. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on custom name puzzles, signs, or anything that is custom. Shipping will be covered by the buyer. We are not obligated to accept returns or exchange any items that have obvious wear or use.

We do! Please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping estimate.

Depending on the custom nature of your gift, production times will vary. Ready-made products will be ready to ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order. We aim to always have custom orders produced and shipped within 4 days. We will communicate if there are production and/or shipping delays during busy seasons.
